Requesting a Seat Reservation:
Now available!! You may request specific seats when you RSVP to the evite confirming that you will be attending a particular show.
Simple 2 steps to reserve a seat: 1) Note which seating configuration is specified on the Invitation. 2) Enter the seat numbers that you would like to request in the "Add a Comment" section of the evite. This is located in the "Reply Here" area .
Seat Reservations will be considered on a first come first serve (i.e., first reply, first choice).
Seat requests and reservations are not guaranteed (due to our rather low tech means of keeping track of seat requests, it will likely get messed up occasionally).
Since we do not have a sophisticated program to keep track of which seats have been reserved and which seats are still open, you will have to review other attendee's replies to determine if your desired seat has already been requested. We will periodically review replies for any duplicated seat requests and attempt to assist in helping guests locate alternative seats when necessary.
Seat Reservations will only be considered for guests who reply "Yes" to the evite. We cannot reserve seats for guests who reply "Maybe".
Finding your seat at the show!
When you arrive at the show, our greeter will confirm your seat reservations.
A "Reserved" card will be placed on seats that have been reserved. (Please return these to the Greeter at some point in the evening)
Seats without a "Reserved" card on them are open seating.
Note: If you do indicate a seat reservation, we ask that you be considerate to other guests by keeping your reservation up to date, if your plans change. By updating your reply when you are not able to attend a particular show, it will allow someone else to utilize a seat that you may have had reserved.
